The result of over 3 years of formula development for polyurethane surfboard foam has produced a superior surfboard blank. Just Foam blanks are unmatched in consistency, cell structure, whiteness and in performance. This fact is attested to by most shapers and almost every US pro on the ASP and the QS circuits. Our rockers are spot on and the custom longboard stringers and glue colors have received fantastic reviews. Our wood mill is working full time to fulfill the current demand for quality longboard blanks with custom cedar, balsa and basswood stringers. Currently our concentration is providing a consistently quality blank with a timely turn around from order to delivery.
As a result of our past tooling expansion we now have the capacity to supply U.S. and international shapers with all of their foam blank needs at competitive prices. We have unlimited access to chemicals, tooling and staff. In order to answer the ultimate question of supply, we must determine the demand for Just Foam blanks from the entire shaping community and find out if there will be an ongoing dedication to the U.S. made foam blank industry.
